Option 1: Shared Cloud Kitchen Available at Sheikh Zayed Trade Center roundabout
A) A fully equipped 300 Sqft Work Station, all included maintenance, twice a month pest control, grease trap hood maintenance, with DEWA included. Monthly rental for daily 12-hour operations: Dhs 21000/Month + 5% VAT, LPG consumption at actuals.
B) A fully equipped 150 Sqft Work Station, all included maintenance, twice a month pest control, grease trap hood maintenance, with DEWA included. Monthly rental for daily 12-hour operations: Dhs 13000/Month + 5% VAT, LPG consumption at actuals.
C) A fully equipped 120 Sqft Work Station, all included maintenance, twice a month pest control, grease trap hood maintenance, with DEWA included. Monthly rental for daily 12-hour operations: Dhs 11000/Month + 5% VAT, LPG consumption at actuals.
D) A cold kitchen dedicated space, equipped 300 Sqft per month rental is Dhs 25000 + 5% VAT, all included maintenance, twice monthly pest control, grease trap hood maintenance, with DEWA included. Monthly rental for daily 12-hour LPG consumption at actuals.
Option 2: Al Quoz 1 Closed Cubical Kitchen
With hood, gas, and sink. Space is approx. 390-400 Sqft, per month rent is 14K (general area cleaning chemicals/grease trap/pest control/hood cleaning/general maintenance). DEWA & gas will be charged according to consumption. Equipped Kitchen.
Commission 10% + VAT of annual rent value.
Option 3: Shared Kitchen in International City, rental options:
A) 140 Sqft Accumulated, available for AED 7000 per month. DEWA during summer AED 1400.00, winters AED 1000.00.
B) 180 Sqft Accumulated, available for AED 10000 per month. DEWA during summer AED 1400.00, winters AED 1000.00.
Per month includes (cleaning chemicals/grease trap/pest control/hood cleaning/general maintenance). Gas will be charged according to consumption.
Option 4: Shared Cloud Kitchen in Al Quoz 3, behind Gold & Diamond Park
250-300 Sqft rental, AED 16000 per month, including available equipment for hot/cold/bakery. Equipped kitchen. Gas will be charged subject to consumption.
Option 5: Dedicated Cubical in Al Quoz 3
Standard size kitchen (107 Sqft/10 Sqm). Monthly rental for daily 12-hour operations: Dhs 7500/- plus 5% VAT. Monthly fixed administrative fees: Dhs 1000/- plus VAT. DEWA as per actuals, LPG as per individual meter.
Option 6: Shared Cloud Kitchen available at Al Nahda Dubai
A fully equipped 180 Sqft Work Station, all included maintenance, twice a month pest control, grease trap hood maintenance, with DEWA included. Monthly rental for daily 12-hour operations: Dhs 16500/Month + 5% VAT, LPG consumption at actuals.
