Deli Bite catering centralized kitchens are equipped to prepare meals for large scale.
A strict kitchen process is observed which includes certain mandatory routines to be followed by each member of the kitchen staff.
Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures are implemented in our kitchens in order to handle, prepare and deliver food.
The raw materials that are procured are of the best quality only thru HACCP Certified vendors.
This system further consists of a range of examination processes like Supplier Selection, Supplier Qualification, and Supplier Rating and so on.
In order to make sure that none of the personal hygiene practices are missed out before the cooking begins, each staff member follows a routine hygiene chart.
Daily shower, use of clean uniforms, caps to cover the hair, face masks to cover the mouth and nose area, gloves, gumboots, other protective gears and hand sanitation are mandatory.

In addition, we are carefully following the guidelines and directives from Food Watch , Dubai Municipality and food industry experts.
We have heightened our protocol on all sanitation efforts, and will have ongoing education with our staff on the preventative measures being continuously updated by the CDC regarding food, food handling and safety.
Here’s a quick update on some of the steps we’ve taken to the maintain a safe and healthy environment for all:
1. Our Cooking, Operation & delivery teams are continually being trained in the best practices for HACCP of respiratory hygiene, proper method & frequency of washing hands, as well as identification of associated symptoms.
2. Our employees & Partners have also been advised to self-quarantine themselves for the recommended period upon noticing any symptoms.
4. We are especially touch with our partners to ensure they’re aware of the best hygiene practices while handling supplies and packaging items.
5. Additionally, we have adopted a No Contact Delivery System wherein our driver’s leave your package by the door (In case of cash on delivery payment and we urge you to switch to online payment).
